All of our displays are offered in two sizes – a small display feeds approximately 25 – 35 guests and large display feeds approximately 35 – 45 guests.

Smoked Salmon Display
Cherry-smoked salmon with accompaniments of crusty breads, cucumber slices, lemon wedges, diced red onion, along with a smoked-salmon spread and variety of crackers.
Mashed Potato Bar
Homemade roasted-garlic mashed potatoes served in either disposable or glass* martini glasses with your choice of toppings:
